Return Policy:

Feel It Records has a 30-day return policy for new items that are unopened (or proven to be defective upon opening). You have 30 days to request a return after having received your item(s).

In-Store Policies:

There is a $5 minimum to use a credit card for in-store purchases.

Customers who pay cash for in-store purchases will receive a 5% discount off of their total order.

Used-Item Sales:

For the sale of used items, all sales are final.

Online Sales:

Any issues related to an online order must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order. Please visit our contact page to email or call.

Selling to Feel It Records:

We have a buyer on site 7 days a week. You're welcome to walk in anytime during open hours. However, if you would prefer to schedule an appointment, feel free to call or write us.
